Where do you ship to?

We ship to the U.S., Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (including APO and FPO), Alaska, Hawaii, or the U.S. Territories. If the address attached to your order contains a P.O. Box, a member of our Customer Care team will reach out to you for an updated address. If we do not hear back within seven days from the original order date, we will cancel your order.

From there, select “Deliver to Another Address” under “Manage Delivery.” If you need to change your shipping address because you will not be home during a delivery, you can also request that your package be sent to a FedEx location or Walgreens until you’re ready to pick it up through FedEx’s Delivery Manager. Any items purchased from Dexihome.com can be returned for a full refund (minus a $10 processing fee* per item). We do not offer exchange service, you can place another order after returned and refunded the item you had purchased.
