We ship to the U.S., Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (including APO and FPO), Alaska, Hawaii, or the U.S. Territories. If the address attached to your order contains a P.O. From there, select “Deliver to Another Address” under “Manage Delivery.” If you need to change your shipping address because you will not be home during a delivery, you can also request that your package be sent to a FedEx location or Walgreens until you’re ready to pick it up through FedEx’s Delivery Manager. Any items purchased from Dexihome.com can be returned for a full refund (minus a $10 processing fee* per item). We do not offer exchange service, you can place another order after returned and refunded the item you had purchased.
