We ship to the U.S., Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (including APO and FPO), Alaska, Hawaii, or the U.S. Territories. If the address attached to your order contains a P.O. How do I change my shipping address?
Usually we only accept If your order has not been shipped: Please email us at support@dexihome.com with your order number and the updated shipping address. If your order has been shipped: The quickest way to change your shipping address is by signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager and searching your order tracking number on FedEx.com. From there, select “Deliver to Another Address” under “Manage Delivery.” If you need to change your shipping address because you will not be home during a delivery, you can also request that your package be sent to a FedEx location or Walgreens until you’re ready to pick it up through FedEx’s Delivery Manager. Any items purchased from Dexihome.com can be returned for a full refund (minus a $10 processing fee* per item). We do not offer exchange service, you can place another order after returned and refunded the item you had purchased.
To receive a full refund, the original item MUST be in new condition and returned without:

- Dirt or grass stains
- Signs of wear, washing, or improper care
- Damage or stains
All returned items are thoroughly inspected, and any item(s) returned in a condition deemed as no longer sellable will not be refunded.
